About Us Jeff and Laura are a married couple that fell in love while attending culinary school. They both share a passion in a field that gives them the pleasure of cooking and entertaining for others. They attained Culinary Degrees from Joliet Junior College. Jeff has worked in several kitchens to include the four outlets at the Empress Casino, Loders & Croklaan, Montage, the three outlets at Bolingbrook Golf Club, and Smith Crossing. Laura decided to turn her efforts towards baking and pastries. She continued her education with Michael’s, who offers Wilton cake decorating classes. In April 2002, as a gift to Jeff’s parents for their 30th anniversary, Jeff and Laura brought their equipment to Jeff’s parents house and prepared a seven course meal for a party of six. The meal was a success and it was then that the they decided to offer their services to others. Here is a small list of reasons why having a personal chef come into your home is beneficial... Anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, BBQ’s, marriage proposals, business meetings, or just a friendly get together ; this is a great way to show someone you care.Don’t waste valuable time planning that special meal, purchasing groceries, and cleaning up your kitchen. The chefs do all of the planning, buy all of the groceries and clean up as they go along and at the end. (Leaving your kitchen in as good or better shape than when they first started!)
You select your meal. Whether you are taking advantage of the weekly
preplanned meals or you have a special occasion dinner, you choose
what you want to eat. The meal is preplanned and coordinated at
least 72 hours in advance. The chefs will have menus to choose from
to suit your specific needs. |
